- 400 emails sorted per month
- 4 categories
- 80 AI credits per day
Kumo files your Gmail emails into your categories and brings the urgent ones to the top. You open your inbox and know where to start.
You connect your inbox once. After that, Kumo takes care of sorting, even when you're elsewhere.
One click with your Google account. KumoMail never sees your password.
Clients, invoices, orders: from 4 to 25 depending on the plan, described in your own words.
Every email lands in one of your categories. Sorting carries on on our servers, even when KumoMail is closed.
Every email gets an urgency level. The most pressing ones wait for you in “High priority”.
Everything happens in KumoMail, and your reply leaves from your own inbox. Nothing is sent without you.
Sorting your inbox by hand takes a few seconds per email, every day, without you even noticing. Add them up and that time starts to count. When Kumo sorts for you, you can take it back: to go somewhere, to breathe over a coffee, to walk without checking your phone, to move forward on what matters to you, or simply to be with the people you love.
How much time is it for you? Work it out with your own number of emails
Open, read, file: done by hand, every email nibbles at your day. Run the numbers for your inbox.
How many emails do you get per day?
An estimate, counting 30 seconds per email: the real time depends on your emails. With KumoMail, that sorting is done for you.
What the AI reads, what KumoMail keeps, and what it can't do.
For sorting, the content of your emails is not stored.
Google only gives it read and send access. And you can export your data or delete your account at any time, from settings.

Pick by how many emails you get. And start with the free trial.

What people ask before trusting us with their inbox.
Gmail. You connect your inbox with your Google account, in one click.
From 4 to 25 depending on the plan. You name them and describe them in your own words: Kumo uses them to sort.
Yes. Sorting carries on on our servers, even with the app closed. Inboxes are handled one after another, as long as your plan or trial allows it.
On the AI page, you pick an email. Kumo asks you up to 3 short questions, then writes a draft in the writing style you chose once in settings. Missing information? It leaves a “To fill in” field, and sending stays blocked while one is left. You read, edit and approve. It's open during the free trial and with an active subscription. During the beta, sending may still be simulated: the app then tells you so clearly.
No. Kumo can prepare a draft for you, but nothing is sent without your approval: you read it, edit it, and you're the one who sends it.
No. Google only gives it permission to read your emails and send messages. Nothing is edited, moved or deleted in Gmail.
No. In a team, everyone only sees their own inbox. Team analytics only shows numbers: how many emails each person sorted and handled.
Yes, depending on the plan: up to 10 inboxes, team included, on the largest one.
For talking with Kumo about your emails and preparing your replies: from 80 to 2500 credits per day depending on the plan. Sorting your emails never uses any.
It lasts 7 days, no credit card, with 25 emails sorted, 15 AI credits and 4 categories.
Sorting and the AI stop, and you're not charged anything. You keep the rest: you can read your emails, reply to them, and find your categories and Analytics.
Yes. You cancel from settings, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
You can export it, then delete your account from settings: your data is erased and access to your inbox is removed. All that remains is a technical ID with your trial date, and your invoices with our payment provider.
Leave your email address: we'll let you know as soon as we open. Signing up is free.
We'll only write to you about your access. Privacy
